“Rolling Forks Small Batch El Salvador Rum is an aged rum finished and bottled in Starlight, Indiana. Column-distilled by an undisclosed distillery in El Salvador from estate-grown sugarcane molasses and aged for an initial 10 years in the tropical climate of El Salvador, the rum was then imported for additional maturation in Rolling Forks rickhouse. Upon arrival, the rum was divided into 22 casks3 Oloroso sherry casks, 5 port wine casks, 4 rye whiskey
