Clermont Steep is a 5-year-old Malted Barley American Single Malt, mashed from hand-selected grains of 100% American barley.

80% standard malted barley and 20% golden pilsner barley (beer brewing malt), aged in bespoke, new oak barrels toasted and then charred to level 1, allowing confectionary sweetness to emerge in fewer years.
